Who is this experience designed for? People who just have to have other people with them in the same room! On this experience, you will physically ‘get’ the material, and experience it live and in person, then you get to deepen your learning over 4 months with guidance and new material.

- You will discover your own way of being that will help you get clients by getting into your own natural way.
- You will get new clients - the ones that you’re meant to have.
- You will gain the gift of being unattached that will give you a newfound freedom in the ‘client getting’ process.
- You will meet up to 20 people who can help and support you – as they are also in the position you are in.

What are your memories of the YNW live experience? [ZW] Lovely people who really wanted to make a difference! [SB] It was an extremely positive experience. The friendliness of everyone was very apparent as was their supportive nature. The material was unusual and unusually presented (I remember standing in the 'bee section' only to discover that I should really be in the 'flower side') [MO] The way that it was calming, unpressured and yet energising. What did you get from the YNW live experience? [ZW] More permission to expect the utterly unexpected with my coaching practice - to give more credence to the outrageous! [SB] It was made abundantly clear to me through all the exercises that I have been trying too hard for most of my life and that I had believed that was the way life was. [MO] Accepting who I am and what strengths I bring - wisdom was one point which landed with me. Was there anything that surprised you about the YNW live experience? [SB] It's unlike many other similar courses in content and approach so you get a new perspective on old ideas. [MO] No , more delighted! What would you say to someone thinking of doing a YNW live experience? [ZW] Make sure you put the time aside to make the most out of it, you'll get loads from it... [SB] Do it and then put it all into practice and see how the world smiles back at you! (I say that because as I left the venue that evening a young man stopped me and told me I had a beautiful smile and I wasn't even trying to impress!)
Notice the form of the comments: They are not about the usual stuff of niche and elevator speech and business collateral. They are about the unfolding of people back into a way of being that is just plain easy. From this place getting clients, the right ones for you, is so easy.
What will we be covering (the process we will be guiding you through): On the ‘live’ date, we will be going through 6 of the 8 modules described below; the last 2 will be covered in the follow up teleclasses. This format allows us to cover these modules in more depth and tailored to the needs of the group.
1. Are you being yourself? The backbone of Your Natural Way™ is to be yourself all the time. Authenticity sells – we all know when we are being sold to, we all pick up when someone is ‘unnatural’ – and that makes us uneasy. Your real self is the very best salesperson you have…because people believe in that person. If you’re not being yourself, how much energy are you using trying to be someone else? How much more difficult are you making things, including getting more clients? 2. Beliefs: they can stop you getting more clients! Beliefs underpin our behaviour and frequently control it without us being aware of the impact. Hence, before moving into the modules that help us to meet and engage potential clients, we feel it’s essential to identify, acknowledge and forgive anything that is subconsciously holding us back. 3. Meeting people and building connection We're all constantly meeting different people and potential clients, and in order to get clients we must meet people. What tends to get lost is how we naturally meet people. There is an amazing array of methods for meeting people, such as in person and people visiting a website, to name only two. This module will help you to recall, acknowledge and celebrate how you already naturally meet people, so it begins to feel effortless and easy again (because it is)! 4. What am I ‘in service of’? We are all in business for some reason! This module is all about reconnecting to what we are ‘in service of’ in our own work. When we are really clear with what we are serving it becomes much easier to stretch ourselves in ways that don’t feel like stretches, and therefore get more clients. This is because we are capable of tapping into something much greater than ourselves which then drives us forwards and makes sure we stay motivated by what serves the world, rather than only ourselves. Knowing what I am in service of, allows me to naturally serve the people that I connect with. When they notice that they are being served, they initiate further connection. I don’t have to do it, they do it for me! ‘In service of’ could be described as the oil of the Your Natural Way to get clients™ process. 5. Deepening the connection and staying in touch So far we have looked at being yourself, beliefs, meeting people and building connections as well as noting what we are ‘in service of’. By now you will be much more aware what your natural way is. Now it’s time to learn how to deepen connections by staying in touch. When you meet and connect with someone, you naturally and easily create a lasting bond, which can be developed into a lifetime bond by staying in touch with that person. By this time it doesn’t matter if they become a client or not, as you know what you’re in service of and are simply being yourself. Being detached from the outcome is a gift of immeasurable proportion. Frequently people forget the staying in touch piece, and as a result make the whole client getting process much more difficult, because by not staying in touch with people you have to meet so many more to get the process to work. 6. Ripe connections Having spent all this time and energy meeting people and generating connections, its time to learn how to notice where a potential client is in their own ripening process. Sometimes the connection is ripe for the picking i.e. they are ready to become a client, and sometimes the potential client is at an early stage of development, and so needs some cultivating before they are going to be ripe. This is a key natural way skill, because by knowing how ripe they are we know exactly how to be with them. When they are ripe, pick them! (Ask them to become a client). When they say ‘no’ we can see it more from the perspective of ‘maybe not ripe yet’ (and therefore discover how we can keep serving them so that they might become a client). Empowering stuff!! 7. Trust and… We have come a long way now, in terms of noticing what gets in the way (beliefs, not being yourself), and what works (in terms of meeting people, connecting, being in service of). Now it's time to have a look and see how our level of trust can serve, or hinder, the whole process. The more we understand trust, the more we will enable the whole process to flow. Sometimes, peoples' natural way can be so easy and obvious that they don’t trust it!!! Hence the need for the module. 8. Integration We now have the final session designed to deepen and to combine the learning. This is an open space for you as participants to ask any questions that may be lingering. It’s also a space for you to work out how you are going to continue the process of your natural way after the teleclass has finished. You will build a model of your own individual natural way as a reference for yourself in the future and we facilitate this on the final call.
What will I be getting for my money?
- 1 day intensive workshop YNW-style – we do experiential, so don’t expect to be ‘told’, expect to experience! It’s a whole lot of fun.
- The group will be a maximum of 20 people
- E-mail follow up every 2 weeks for 4 months following the experience designed to help you practice what you have learnt bed down the experience
- A fortnightly tele-call with your leaders to answer any questions, explore what you are discovering, introduce the last 2 modules and get some extra coaching
- Lunch on the day of the experience
- When you have completed the course, you will become an alumnus and gain access to our alumni area (for the rest of your life). This area is designed to assist you in continuing the discovery of your natural way and includes the following: 1) The finest recordings of all modules from our tele experiences 2) All new learning on all modules 3) Community, where we run free and discounted further discovery experiences for alumni 4) If you are a coach, an opportunity to promote yourself by listing coaching scholarships on the main website 5) Other new learning’s around Your Natural Way™ 6) Development, where we encourage alumni to create new Your Natural Way™ courses.
