Your Natural Way to get clients™ and Your Natural Way™ is created and co-founded by Damien Churton (PCC),  and Joseph Seiler (PCC):
 

Damien Churton, France: lives and skis in Chamonix, France (his dream location)! Throughout his working life, Damien has always been involved in sales (selling advertising space, aerial photographs door to door, dry cleaning and real estate... to mention a few!!). He has been a full time coach since March 2002, is a graduate of Coach U (CUCG) and CTI’s ten month long leadership programme. Damien was also awarded the ICF PCC qualification in January 2006 (one of only 33 in the UK). Since using the techniques in Your Natural Way™ he has achieved a full practice, and recently saw his business grow 100% in a six month period. Damien is incredibly successful (he built and sold his first business by the age of 32), and wants to share what he discovers with any who might benefit.

Joseph Seiler, Canada: entered the world of coaching in 1999, having previously owned and sold a large engineering firm. In his 5 years as a coach he has graduated from both CTI’s coach training (CPCC) and leadership programmes as well as gaining the ICF PCC qualification. Joseph was also a CTI teleclass leader, and has a wonderfully light and insightful way of being. He has had a full practice for some time now.

Nicola Mansell - YNW Operations Director, France
“My role in YNW is in the engine room!  All of the fabulous creativity that comes from working with the YNW team is fed into the operations and development of the business through me.  I love that I can take great ideas and turn them into something that works practically, whilst still maintaining the originality of the idea.

Working with Your Natural Way is unique and exiting.  I have been encouraged to develop my creativity, whilst having the freedom to put forth my ideas, which are really listened to.  Unlike other companies, which often have prescriptive business models to follow, YNW really believes in it’s own fluidity and the power of working with a team of people, where everyone is responsible for the areas they really excel in.”

Nicola lives in Chamonix, France, where she started, and is continuing to build, her own very successful business, managing operations for international clients and their global businesses.  Currently she is spending the time she’s not working on her business on a 7 month travel trip in Australia and New Zealand, where she is seeing koalas and kangaroos from the window of her very mobile "office", and taking full advantage of the fact that she can work remotely!

Donna Higton - YNW Leader, UK: came to coaching in 2002 after 10 years of ‘career sampling’ – everything from accountancy to IT.  In 2004 she started her own business under the mantle of ‘Donnaonthebeach’ – offering life coaching and onsite massage.  In 2005 she found Your Natural Way, and credits the course with saving her business from certain death.  She now has a thriving and growing coaching practice, and has a relaxed, joyful and light approach to life and business.


Flower, Bee or Flee?
I am pure flower.  My bee costume was my dad’s – and he’s twice the width and taller than me.  Not a good fit at all.  I am working on upping my floweriness – attraction work, being me to the nth degree, being open to opportunities that do seek me out and, of course, smelling lovely!
I noticed something.  If I go get clients in a bee like way (me doing the asking, going to them), they NEVER become a client.  If I am flower-like (let them come to me, give them something to keep them interested, tantalize, tease and invite) they do.  Hmmm.

Totally flower.  Reminds me to drop some bee-ishness!

Rivka Gianni - YNW Leader, Switzerland: Mentor Coach, Formatrice, Médiatrice, Rivka Gianni est passionnée de l’être humain et des richesses dont il est dépositaire. Depuis 1979 elle se consacre à sa passion de l’humain et a développé une expérience unique dans le domaine des compétences relationnelles et de l’intelligence émotionnelle.

Personnalité enjouée et amicale, économiste de formation, elle assiste maintenant des cadres dirigeants et des équipes dans le dénouement de situations relationnelles complexes et difficiles.

Son credo : Travailler ensemble avec nos différences culturelles et personnelles est source d’enrichissement pour l’individu comme pour l’entreprise.

Convaincue que chacun possède une façon naturelle de prendre sa place et de réussir, elle décide de promouvoir la formation « Your Natural Way » en français, après l’avoir expérimenté elle-même en anglais, et constatée l’immense valeur ajoutée.
Maintenant, faire ce que l’on aime et pouvoir en vivre, oui c’est possible.

Susan Lynch - YNW Leader, Spain: After 8 years of playing in the world of personal development Susan discovered coaching through being coached herself and had such a powerful experience and found such happiness and fulfilment that she knew that she had to give this gift to others.

She is passionate about life and living life to your highest potential and coaches others to do the same and has recently moved from London to Marbella in Spain and she knew this would be the living her life to her highest potential.

She discovered Your Natural Way and knew it just 'made sense' that by 'being more of yourself' you would attract all the clients you want and she loved this approach to marketing, as it was so easy instead of unnatural marketing had felt before. 'I used to go to Networking events and I hated them but thought I had to do it as that is what business people do. I was acting like a business person. What Rubbish! As I was so uncomfortable and unnatural that there was no way any clients would be attracted to me like that. So I started to market my business in my natural way, it quickly doubled and then trebled and the best thing was it was sooo easy!'. When asked, Susan jumped at the chance to become part of the team, as it was a great opportunity to pass this gift onto others.

Penny Waite – YNW Leader, UK: After gaining a degree in Environmental Art and Design, Penny found her niche in Special Paint Finishes and ran her own business.  She lectured for many years at the same time as developing and running her own course ‘Free Your creativity’, and bringing up her 3 children.
Throughout this time, she was interested in self development and began working as a Healer in 1995, along with her art. In 2001 she trained as a Life Coach and has been working full time in this field ever since, at the same time as developing other methods of supporting Coaching and Healing. She now specialises in Coaching and Energy, working with EFT, TFT, Flower Remedies and The Chakra System.
 
“My Paint Finishing business was very successful very quickly, and took no effort at all – work just came! After all, I was an artist so I gave myself permission to do it my way. When I came to Life Coaching, I fell into a whole load of beliefs which said things like: I had to market my business in a way which the ‘experts’ told me worked and doing it any other way would never work – it had to be their way, or fail! Well, I hated their way – it didn’t work for me and it bored me, which led to even more beliefs that I would never be able to make enough money as a Coach/Healer… and on it went!
Through the Your Natural Way Programme, I began to understand that what I did naturally, worked – it’s what built my Paint Finishing business after all – so I did it again, and it worked. I now have a thriving practice. I spend as much time in it as I choose and it is easy and consistently effortless.
Along with being a Your Natural Way leader and having my own busy practice, I give talks through the UK and Europe, as well as developing and teaching my own programme and EFT.”

Barbara Bond - YNW Leader, Canada: Barbara discovered coaching while taking another virtual course. It felt like coming home. At the same time as taking classes at Coach University, she opened her coaching business. The philosophy of experience blended with classes, and the support of the class instructors, created a fertile learning environment. With a varied background as a business owner, exhibiting artist, sociologist, mentor, property manager, and parent, Barbara brings a wealth of experience that supports her in coaching a variety of situations and individuals with different needs.

Her passion for coaching is increasing all the time, though building a coaching business became overwhelming.
